Panty Fairy is a monthly panty subscription which lasts for a 6 or 12 month time period. Each month we post a brand new panty, which comes in a variety of styles and colors.

What size do I pick?
The panty size table below will help you select the correct size for subscription:

If it is a gift, you can do two things: ask to ensure the proper size, or be a little sneaky and peek in their panty drawer. If you would like to change size, contact us.

What if my size is not available?
Pending demand, Panty Fairy may expand the range of sizes available in the future. Please contact us stating the size you require, and we will let you know if it becomes available.

What kind of panties will I receive?
Panty Fairy offers variety and we do our best to pick panties that appeal to a wide-range of women. You may receive pink lacy French knickers one month and a blue satin thong the next. We purchase from different companies to make sure we always have a great selection. The element is surprise, and we truly hope that you will enjoy each piece we send out and that you will enjoy the quality and the thrill of receiving a beautiful product in the post every month.

Where does Panty Fairy deliver to?
In the USA, Panty Fairy delivers to customers based in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Panty Fairy does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Panty Fairy also ships to all addresses in Canada if the option is selected at check-out.

I'm in Canada, can I order Panty Fairy?
Yes. Simply select the Canada flag on the order or gift page. All prices are shown in USD. Your payment will be processed by Google Checkout in USD and converted to CAD by your banking institution at their current exchange rate.

What is the shipping rate?
All shipping is included in the subscription price.

Can I make a Gift Subscription?
Yes, if you want to give Panty Fairy as a gift subscription click here. Simply fill out the recipients information along with payment and we will send a card within two business days letting her know about the lovely gift of panties all year round.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Panty Fairy exclusively uses Google Checkout for purchases. We accept all methods of payment currently provided by Google Checkout, including any credit, debit, or gift card with the following logos: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

When will I receive my first panty?
Panty Fairy distributes during the first week of every month. New customers who subscribe up until the last working day of each month will qualify for the next distribution.

How do I renew my subscription?
You will receive an email during the last month of your current subscription detailing the steps to renew for another 6 or 12 months.

What is the return policy?
Unfortunately due to hygienic reasons, we are not able to make returns or refunds on any of the panties.

What if my address changes?
If you are moving, contact us with your new address along with your account number. We will do our best to ensure your next shipment goes to your new address after account verification.
